ATHLETE PHILOSOPHY:  For a team to be successful in competitive play, I believe that hard work, displaying sportsmanship, having a good attitude, and of course the love for the game can make a team go very far.

FAVORITE QUOTE: “It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog.” – Archie Griffin

WHY I LOVE SSVBC:  I love SSVBC because the coaches there believed that I had the ability to play the intense game. I started playing at the age of 12 and I have been with SSVBC since then. Being coached by a few coaches from the club have made me a better player from the beginning to now and they have also brought out the confidence I did not have before I started playing and SSVBC has given me the chance to meet and play with incredible people.

BEST MOMENT IN VOLLEYBALL:  My best moment in volleyball was probably a few years ago when I was in Spokane. We were playing one of the last teams of the day and I was going after everything that I could get and I’m pretty sure the coach of the team we were playing was furious because obviously his/her team wasn’t putting the ball down. But I remember the coach yelling to his/her girls to keep giving the ball to me to wear me out and I kept fighting, and fighting and it was a proud moment of myself because no matter how tired I really was, I took everything I had left and played like it was the last time I would get the chance to play.
