ATHLETE PHILOSOPHY: I believing in working hard and not dwelling on the past. I strive to become the best athlete I can by doing everything I can to improve. A major factor that I really believe in for a successful team in having the team chemistry that pushes you to becoming better and pushing your team to be the best they can.

AWARDS/ACCOLADES:

7th grade (2013) - John Sedgwick Junior High, Varsity Starter

8th grade (2014) - John Sedgwick Junior High, Varsity Starter

9th grade (2015) - Varsity Letter for Right Side and Middle Blocking

FAVORITE QUOTE: “It’s the lack of faith that makes people afraid of meeting challenges, and I believed in myself.” –Muhammad Ali

WHY I LOVE SSVBC: I love just the all-around feeling of family. The coaches and the players make this feel like it is going to be a great season.

BEST MOMENT IN VOLLEYBALL: I would say my best moment in volleyball was during my freshman year in high school I got moved up from the JV team to the Varsity team. I was devastated when I saw that my name was on the JV team because I knew I could do better than that. So, I spent 6 weeks on the JV team and I worked as hard as I could so I could earn my spot on Varsity. I played my first game on Varsity against Timberline High School- it was such a rush. My coach took me aside after the game and said “You’re going to be with us for the rest of the season, you played great tonight.” It was great.
