COACHING PHILOSOPHY:  Success is measured in the development of the player and team. Striving to improve; learning what it takes to become the best we can be in all we do in order to prepare for volleyball at the next level and for life.

  • PASSION - Take joy and passion into the game we love to play.
  • COMPETE - Playing at the highest level we can attain as a player and as a team.  We want to play and compete against the best teams because that is how we become better.
  • COURAGE - It is by being open to trying new things, and stretching yourself beyond what you think you can do, will you improve as a player.  Failure is a part of the game and how we grow as players and people.
  • STUDY – Become a Student of the game.  Understand why we do what we do in this game.
  • RESPECT - Becoming a good teammate by respecting ourselves, our teammates and our opponents.

  • BEST MOMENT IN VOLLEYBALL:As a player in 1993 and a player-coach in 1996, winning at the National level and remembering the dedication, commitment and hard work that it took to get there with a bunch of guys that stayed together thru thick and thin, that I still call my friends to this day.
