COACHING PHILOSOPHY:  This year as a coach, I want to help my girls gain a passion for this sport. I want them to leave each practice, and love volleyball more than they did before they walked in the door. I will do this by making each practice high paced and energetic. I also want to provide them with the tools and knowledge to help their overall play in their future years. I will also always be open to questions from my players and will do my best to help them through any challenges they might face. I will make sure that I am always approachable and that my girls feel comfortable asking me about
