COACHING PHILOSOPHY:  Success is measured in the development of the player and team.

  • PASSION - We take joy and passion into the game we love to play and be the best we can be at it!!!  Playing volleyball and all that comes with it should be fun.
  • COMPETITION - Playing at the highest level we can attain as a player and as a team.  We want to play and compete against the best teams because that is how we become better.
  • COURAGE - Take Risks!!!  It is only by taking risks, by being open to trying new things, and stretching yourself beyond what you think you can do, will you improve as a player.  Failure is a part of the game and how we grow as players and people.
  • LEARN – Become a Student of the game.  Understand why we play the way we do and why our team plays the way it plays.
  • RESPECT - Becoming a good teammate by respecting ourselves, our teammates and our opponents.

  • BEST MOMENT IN VOLLEYBALL:As a player in 1993 and a player-coach in 1996, winning at the National level and remembering the dedication, commitment and hard work that it took to get there with a bunch of guys that stayed together thru thick and thin, that I still call my friends to this day.
