COACHING PHILOSOPHY:

To me, it is very important that there is a positive relationship between a coach and a player. Having trust between the coach and a player is extremely vital to have a fun and successful season. Not only should there be trust and respect between the coach and the player, there should also be that same trust and respect between the teammates. The next thing that I believe will help make a team successful is communication. Communication is key because there will be less confusion on the court which mean less conflict and in that case, hopefully more wins! I believe that having a fun and an encouraging environment to learn and grow is what will help an athlete become more successful.

  • BEST MOMENT IN VOLLEYBALL: My favorite volleyball memory is when my high school team was playing our rival and we lost the first two games by a lot and then we came back and won the whole thing including the conference championship.
