Coach

COACHING PHILOSOPHY: I believe in teaching every player the game of volleyball, responsibility, respect for self and others and time management. I feel players all learn differently so I will work hard at getting to know all players and coach them the best way I can so they learn to the best of their ability. I value putting team first above individual self so I will teach the players how to be the best teammates they can be. By doing this the team will be more successful as a whole and the season will be fun and full of memories.
FAVORITE QUOTE: “Never look down on anyone unless you are helping them up."

- I went to Centralia College
- I work at North Thurston School District in the special education program. I am also the head volleyball coach at Timberline High School.
- I started playing volleyball when I was 11 yrs. old. I played in middle school for 2 years, started on varsity all 4 high school seasons as an outside hitter and played for Cowlitz Volleyball Club for 6 yrs. I attended numerous camps throughout my years. When I was 15 I sustained 2 injuries that required 3 surgeries and many cortisone shots just to be able to continue my high school playing. I was then told I was no longer able to continue playing in college. I was very disappointed and wanted to be a part of volleyball still so I began coaching at 19.
