COACHING PHILOSOPHY: It is important to not only teach the knowledge and skills of volleyball, but that many of life lessons are going to be learned through playing this beautiful game; Respect: your teammates, Losing: It's okay to lose, it's another reason to try harder! Growth: Player's need to step out of their comfort zone! Success: in life is when you simply refuse to give up!
