This weekend the girls competed in the flight 7 power league tournament. Once again our girls went undefeated and placed first! We will be moving up to flight 6 next power league. Our aggressive offense and all out defense played a great role in our success this weekend. The girls truly pulled together and played as a team. We are excited for our next tournament where the girls can show off their ever improving skills.
This weekend the U14s Black competed in the Presidents Day Tournament in Eugene, Oregon and placed 5th in our bracket! Coming off of their first place win last weekend at the Power League Tournament, the girls were so excited for this tournament. Over the course of the weekend some of the girls were able to show case their skills in different positions and all did amazing. We were very happy as the girls performed a few skills we had taught them the week prior at practice. The fact that they picked up on these skills so fast was very impressive. Over all we had a great weekend and are looking forward to fine tuning the girls skills in practice this week. Great job ladies!

This weekend our girls competed in the flight 8 Power League tournament at Washington High School. The girls finished 5th and will get to stay in flight 8 until the next Power League. We were so proud of how tough the girls were serving. They scored a majority of their points do to their fabulous serving. We saw that the girls were using the techniques that we went over in practice and as coaches we were very happy about that. We are very excited for the next Power League Tournament because we feel our girls are ready to move up to the next flight. Over all it was a great weekend!
